Partially furnished Camp for sale about 10 miles from Kinder, LA & 15-20 mins from Coushatta Casino.
We have a 2-3 bedroom camp that consists of a trailer in the middle & a large ad-on across the front & a 12 x 12 ad-on on the back.
The large front room is the kitchen & living room. The trailer has room for beds on each side and it has a stand-up shower and separate
toilet/vanity area in the middle. The 12 x 12 ad-on in the back is a bedroom.The walls in the front room are cypress and the floor and cabinets
are real pine. Real nice. The outside of the camp is cement siding planks and has a metal roof. In great condition. No leaks. We did start to paint
the outside, but we never finished the job. There are a few mouldings here & there that needs to be finished, but it's nothing major. There is a sink
area in the back with a metal cover over it to cook or just relax. The area is very quite.
We are just trying to sell since we got a bigger camper and we don't use the camp anymore.
The land is leased for $275 a year & it is paid up until Dec. 31st. You are NOT allowed to live here! Sorry!
