I am looking to rent or lease good pasture land with secure fencing and a barn on it. Must have a watering source either a pond or trough watering system. I am looking to pasture my small herd of total of 4horses. Would like to find a place with no other horses or livestock on the property. I will assist property owner with land maintenance and upkeep, however I can. Would also be open to a lease purchase on the property.
